Shipping & ReturnsSHIPPING Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods in about 12 days but realistically this is much quicker. If there is a manufacturing delay with any products you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware. All goods are sent via Royal Mail and Parcel Force for heavier items and will usually reach you in 2-3 days. We can offer next day deliver at an extra cost, please email us for details. Most jewellery items are FREE SHIPPING RETURNS You can return any item for any reason within 14 days of purchase provided it is in a new and unused condition, damaged items will either be refunded or replaced, this does not apply to items which were purchased labeled (Damaged). |
